Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle client queries, build customer relationships, generate leads, and explain basic stock-market and investment-related products/services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, queries, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Explain basic stock market, trading, and investment concepts.
  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain customer records in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sales and research teams.
  • Achieve assigned customer service/sales targets.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the stock market.
  • Customer handling and convincing skills.
  • Basic MS Excel/CRM knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
