Job Description

Customer Care Executive – Stock MarketJob Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients regarding stock market and trading-related queries.
  • Assist customers with account-related and basic trading support.
  • Explain company services, products, and processes clearly to clients.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the stock market/trading.
  • Hindi & English communication skills preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.
