Job Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling visa applications and documentation, coordinating with clients and embassies/consulates, and ensuring visa applications are processed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle visa applications for various countries.
Check and verify visa documents and application forms.
Advise clients on visa requirements, procedures, and documentation.
Schedule visa appointments and track application status.
Coordinate with clients regarding missing or additional documents.
Maintain accurate records of applications and client information.
Stay updated on changes in visa rules, fees, and immigration requirements.
Handle client queries and provide timely updates.
Required Skills:
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
Good computer and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Previous experience in a travel agency, immigration consultancy, or visa processing is preferred.
