Video Editor & Graphic Designer InternAbout the RoleWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware Video Editor & Graphic Designer Intern to join our in-house creative team.

The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to create engaging short-form videos, social media creatives, educational content, promotional designs, and other visual assets.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about video editing, graphic design, social media content, branding, and AI-powered creative tools, and wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

• Create trendy, fast-paced and visually engaging edits with strong hooks, storytelling, and retention-focused structures.
• Add subtitles, captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and on-screen text to enhance video quality.
• Edit educational, promotional, informational, and social-media content according to the brand's requirements.
• Adapt videos according to current social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
• Assist in creating video series and campaign-based content.
• Sync audio, music, voiceovers, visuals, and other elements effectively.
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos.

Graphic Design

Design creatives for social media, websites, advertisements, campaigns, and marketing materials.

• Create posters, banners, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, infographics, promotional creatives, and digital assets.
• Develop visually appealing educational and promotional creatives.
• Create YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics that align with content objectives.
• Assist in designing campaign creatives and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance images for digital and social media use.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, layouts, fonts, and visual style.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Media, Animation, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

• 0–1 year of experience in graphic design, video editing, social media content creation, or a related area.
• Strong interest in video editing and graphic design.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Canva
• CapCut
• Final Cut Pro or similar tools
• Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of video editing principles, transitions, captions, audio syncing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging social media content.
• Good attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new creative and AI tools.
