Crescent Tax Compliance Private Limited is hiring motivated candidates for the position of US Tax Associate – Tax Return Preparation & Review. The role involves assisting in the preparation and review of US individual tax returns, verifying client documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tax filings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing US individual income tax returns.
• Review tax documents, financial information, and supporting records for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify client information and identify missing or inconsistent details.
• Coordinate with clients to collect the necessary tax documents and information.
• Follow up on pending documents and resolve basic documentation queries.
• Support the review of tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure the confidentiality of client information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in US tax return preparation or review will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn US taxation.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
