Work Mode: Work from Office

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (In-Hand)

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month based on performance

Experience: 6 months of sales experience preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets through effective calling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely closure.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience is preferred.

- Candidates with telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or outbound sales experience are preferred.

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- Candidates should be willing to work onsite from Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
