Job Description
Fixzone is hiring a Sales & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, sales follow-ups, technician coordination and daily repair operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and online leads.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed repair bookings.
- Follow up with new, pending and old leads.
- Coordinate jobs between customers and technicians.
- Share quotations and repair updates with customers.
- Track pending and completed repair jobs.
- Handle basic customer complaints and queries.
- Maintain daily sales, lead and job reports.
- Help achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate a team.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of smartphones/iPhone repair is an advantage.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Growth: Opportunity to move into Sales / Operations Manager role based on performance.
