Telecalling Team Leader

A Telesales Team Leader manages, coaches, and drives a team of telecalling agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Target Management: Set clear goals, KPIs, and sales quotas for team members to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Team Coaching: Conduct regular training, role-playing, daily huddles, and 1-on-1 performance reviews to improve conversion rates.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor live or recorded calls for quality assurance, compliance, and script adherence.
• Operations Oversight: Manage attendance, daily rosters, shift schedules, and lead allocations.
• Reporting: Analyze sales metrics, track performance data, and report progress to senior management.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Proven work experience as a telesales representative or a junior team lead.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, negotiation, and motivational skills.
• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software and office tools (MS Office, Google Docs).
• Problem Solving: Ability to handle escalated customer issues and resolve team conflicts.
