Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Study Abroad Consultancy team. The candidate will communicate with prospective students, understand their requirements, provide basic information, and coordinate with our Counselling Team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake calls to students who are interested in studying abroad.
- Understand students' educational background, preferred country, course, budget, and intake.
- Provide basic information about study-abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission procedures.
- Explain the services offered by the consultancy.
- Follow up with students regarding their enquiries.
- Communicate with students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule counselling appointments with Admission Counsellors.
- Maintain proper records of student enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.
- Handle student queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Build a good relationship with students and parents.
- Keep students informed about relevant admission updates and requirements
