Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Telugu and English communication; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Preferred CandidateCandidates with Tele Calling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Sales experience will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
