Job Description

Looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dental clinic team.

Responsibilities: Calling and following up with patient enquiries coming from advertising and marketing campaigns. Explain treatments and offers to patients, convert enquiries to appointments. Follow up with existing and potential patients. Maintain patient enquiry records. Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth patient visits.

Requirements for role: Excellent communication skills, speaks Telugu and English confidently, has positive attitude and good followup skills, previous experience in healthcare/dental telecalling.
