Job Description

Contacting Borrowers: Reaching out via phone calls, messages, or visits to remind them of pending dues.

Negotiating Payment Plans: Setting up realistic, mutually acceptable repayment schedules or settlements based on the borrower's financial situation.

Remitting Funds: Collecting and returning the recovered money to the principal financial institution while keeping precise records.

Reporting Status: Updating lenders regularly on the progress of recovery cases.

Regulatory Compliance: Must follow strict rules set by regulatory bodies like the Reserve Bank of India or equivalent local authorities.

Conduct Rules: Prohibited from using abusive language, threats, or harassment, and restricted from calling or visiting outside permitted daytime hours (typically before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM)
