About IACE:

IACE (Indian Academy of Competitive Exams) is a leading coaching institute providing preparation and guidance for competitive exams such as Banking, SSC, RRB/Railways and other government examinations.

Responsibilities:

· Handle calls from students and answer their basic queries.

· Provide information about courses, batches and classes.

· Follow up with interested students.

· Understand student requirements and guide them appropriately.

· Maintain basic call records.

· Take support from seniors for queries that require further assistance.

Requirements:

· Freshers are welcome.

· Good communication skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
