Job Description - We are looking for experienced Telesales / Patient Support Executives with a strong hospital or healthcare background to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling patient calls, assisting patients with their queries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from enquiry to consultation.

• Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
• Book, confirm and reschedule doctor appointments.
• Guide patients regarding doctors, departments, timings and available services.
• Follow up with patients who have made enquiries or appointments.
• Handle patient queries and coordinate with the hospital team when required.
• Maintain accurate patient enquiry and appointment records.
• Follow up on missed appointments and help improve appointment conversions.
• Communicate with patients politely and professionally.
• Support the hospital's patient relationship and appointment management process.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in a hospital/healthcare environment is mandatory.
• Experience in patient support, hospital calling, appointment booking, telesales or customer support preferred.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Should be comfortable handling a high volume of calls.
• Good understanding of hospital departments, doctor consultations and appointment processes.
• Patient, polite and professional approach.
• Candidates with experience in hospital call centres or patient coordination will be preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month, based on experience and skills.
