TELECALLER – JOB DESCRIPTION


📍 LOCATION: ERRAGADDA, HYDERABAD

💰 SALARY: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 PER MONTH

👩 GENDER: FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY

💼 EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM 6 MONTHS


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS TO CUSTOMERS.


HANDLE CUSTOMER QUERIES AND FOLLOW-UPS.


EXPLAIN PRODUCTS/SERVICES CLEARLY.


MAINTAIN CUSTOMER DETAILS AND CALL RECORDS.


ACHIEVE DAILY AND MONTHLY CALLING TARGETS.


BUILD AND MAINTAIN GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.



REQUIREMENTS:


MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF TELECALLING EXPERIENCE.


GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.


BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE.


CONFIDENT AND POLITE COMMUNICATION.


TELUGU, HINDI & ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS PREFERRED.
