Team Leader - Operations, Store Maneger

Key Responsibilities for Team lead:

• Supervise operations: Monitor daily workflow, assign repair tasks, and ensure technicians meet turnaround time (TAT) targets.
• Technical guidance: Provide troubleshooting support to the repair team and conduct final quality checks on serviced items.
• Customer escalation: Resolve complex customer complaints, provide repair updates, and ensure a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
• Performance tracking: Conduct weekly performance reviews, manage technician attendance, and identify technical training needs.
• Process compliance: Enforce safety protocols, service guidelines, and company policies within the service floor.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree, diploma, or ITI in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a service center environment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior technician role.
• Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software or mechanical components (depending on industry).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities for For Store maneger:

Vendor management: Coordinate with suppliers, place purchase orders, negotiate delivery times, and verify invoices.

Scrap & return handling: Manage defective parts, process vendor warranties, and handle scrap disposal according to company environmental policies.
