Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, operating systems, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and data restoration procedures.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and hardware.
• Implement security measures, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in System Administration or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
