Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented employee to maintain daily factory records and monitor material movement and production activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Record all inward and outward materials, including raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain daily production records for all machines.
  • Track raw material consumption, finished goods, and available stock.
  • Maintain dispatch records and delivery details.
  • Record material wastage and production shortages.
  • Maintain daily registers and update records in Excel.
  • Coordinate with production staff, store personnel, and management.
  • Prepare daily production and stock reports.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
  • Experience in factory stores, inventory, or production record-keeping is preferred.
  • Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Honest, punctual, and responsible.
