Store Manager / Incharge

A Tumbledry Store Manager oversees day-to-day laundry operations. They manage counter sales, billing, garment tracking, customer care, staff supervision, and quality checks to ensure smooth workflow and achieve store sales targets.

Daily Operations & Management

• Open and close the store on time.
• Manage billing, cash drawers, and digital UPI/card payments.
• Supervise store staff including delivery agents and utility helpers.
• Maintain store hygiene, cleanliness, and organization.

Customer Service & Orders

• Greet walk-in customers and explain laundry or dry cleaning pricing.
• Receive, tag, and log incoming garments into the tracking system.
• Answer inquiries and resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Coordinate garment pickups and timely drop-offs. 

Quality & Inventory Control

• Inspect washed, dry-cleaned, and ironed clothes for quality assurance.
• Track stock levels of packing materials and detergents.
• Reorder supplies and log daily transaction and attendance reports.

Sales & Marketing

• Promote active membership packages, seasonal discounts, and offers.
• Convert local leads or walk-ins into regular subscription clients.
• Conduct basic local marketing or call past customers to retain business
