Job Description

Location: Dundigal, Hyderabad | Openings: 1 | Type: Full-time, on-site, 6 days a week

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 5-10 years in construction site store/inventory management

About the role: Manage receipt, storage, issue and reconciliation of construction materials and equipment at the project store, with no wastage or pilferage.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify materials against POs and delivery challans
  • Maintain inward, outward and running-balance stock records
  • Issue materials against approved indents and track consumption against BOQ
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate with procurement on reordering
  • Ensure safe storage and handling
  • Track returnable tools and equipment issued to contractors
  • Prepare stock and consumption reports

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with construction materials, BOQs and stock reconciliation
  • Comfortable with stock registers and MS Excel
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Telugu, Hindi and English
