About the InternshipSkylinx Global Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented individuals to join our Corporate HR Internship Program.

This internship provides practical exposure to key Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, HR Administration, Learning & Development, and HR Documentation.

The selected intern will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in real-time HR activities within a professional corporate environment.

• Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentSource candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely and professional candidate communication.
• 2. HR OperationsAssist with employee onboarding and induction activities.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
• Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Coordinate internship and employee documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• 3. Employee EngagementAssist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities.
• Support internal events and team-building initiatives.
• Assist with employee communication programs.
• Collect employee feedback and support employee satisfaction initiatives.
• 4. HR AdministrationMaintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
• Update attendance and internship records.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation.
• Maintain HR databases and digital records.
• 5. Learning & DevelopmentCoordinate training schedules.
• Maintain training attendance records.
• Assist in preparing learning materials and documentation.
• Support employee learning and skill-development initiatives.
• 6. HR Compliance & DocumentationAssist in preparing HR letters and official documents.
• Support documentation related to recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain organized HR files and records.

• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate or postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• MBA (HR) students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
