Job Description
Site Engineer
Location: ORR-5, Dundigal, Hyderabad | Openings: 2 | Type: Full-time, on-site, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Experience: 2-5 years (B.Tech) | 4-10 years (Diploma)
Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering ( Preffered)
About the role: Supervise daily construction activity, ensuring work follows drawings, quality standards, safety norms and schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise civil, structural and finishing works as per approved drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams and suppliers
- Conduct stage-wise quality checks and flag deviations
- Maintain daily progress reports, material consumption, labour attendance and measurements
- Ensure safety protocols are followed
- Coordinate with the Store Manager on materials and equipment
- Liaise with architects/structural consultants
- Report progress and delays to the Project Manager
Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction site supervision
- Knowledge of drawings, BOQs and quality/safety standards
- Comfortable with MS Excel and site documentation
- Telugu, Hindi and English
