Service Team Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Service Team Leader to manage our field technicians and optimize daily service operations in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently align, schedule, and dispatch technicians based on customer requirements, locations, and service urgency.

Position Details

• Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹32,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Technician Alignment & Scheduling: Allocate and assign daily service jobs to technicians based on customer needs, geographic location, and technician expertise.
• Customer Coordination: Connect with customers to understand their service requirements, confirm appointment timings, and handle complaints or scheduling changes smoothly.
• Team Monitoring: Track the real-time progress of field technicians to ensure timely arrival and quality service delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily completion rates, minimize idle time, and optimize the service route for maximum efficiency.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of completed jobs, pending complaints, and technician attendance for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Diploma in any stream (Technical or Management background is a plus).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in team handling, service coordination, operations, or logistics (e.g., telecom, home appliances, automotive, or field services).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (essential for local customer interaction).
• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using MS Excel/Google Sheets and service management tools or tracking apps.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, customer escalations, and sudden changes in technician schedules.
