Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


- Call customers and explain loan products clearly

- Handle customer enquiries for Personal Loan, Home Loan, Mortgage Loan, Business Loan, Car Loan and Education Loan

- Follow up with interested customers

- Collect basic customer details and share with sales/process team

- Maintain daily calling report and customer status

- Speak politely and build good customer relationship


Candidate Requirements:


- Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English

- Female candidates preferred

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

- Basic knowledge of loans/banking is an advantage

- Should be confident, active and target-oriented

- Age: 18 to 28 years


Salary:


₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month + incentives

Salary depends on experience and performance.

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
