Senior Site Engineer

Site Engineer – Civil / PEB Company: BMC Industries Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Hyderabad / Telangana

Experience: 0–2 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day site execution and supervision of civil & PEB projects.
• Read and understand civil, structural and PEB drawings.
• Carry out site markings, measurements, levels, alignments and dimensions.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Monitor material requirements, receipt, consumption and stock.
• Prepare daily material indents and coordinate with head office/purchase teams.
• Track daily manpower, work progress and machinery.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
• Maintain Daily Site Reports (DSR) with progress, manpower, materials, issues and photographs.
• Identify site issues, delays and drawing requirements and report them to management.
• Maintain proper site records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.

Required Skills

• Good drawing reading and site execution skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of construction materials and measurements.
• PEB / industrial shed experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel/stay at project sites as required.

Preferred Candidate: Hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing routine site activities and daily reporting.
