Senior Accounts & Taxation Executive

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts & Taxation Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation, GST, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Tally ERP, MS Excel, accounting finalisation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently handling accounting and taxation activities and coordinating with auditors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other financial reports.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliations, annual returns, and E-way bills.
• Prepare and coordinate Income Tax Return filing and related documentation.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, returns, and compliance.
• Assist in tax audit and statutory audit requirements.
• Handle ROC and other statutory compliance activities.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, GST, and ledger reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve accounting and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting and statutory purposes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance activities.
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely filing and payments.
• Support management with financial information, reports, and analysis.
• Assist in improving accounting processes, controls, and reporting systems.
• Required SkillsStrong practical knowledge of Accounting and Taxation.
• Good knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS.
• Experience in GST returns such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Knowledge of GST reconciliation and E-way bill compliance.
• Good understanding of Accounts Finalisation and Financial Statements.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Strong MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data reconciliation.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and audit requirements.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
