A play area executive at a children's play zone manages daily operations, ensures child safety, and delivers friendly customer service to families.
Job Overview
- Role Title: Play Area Executive / Operations Executive / Play Zone Attendant
- Core Goal: Keep the play zone safe, clean, fun, and running smoothly.
- Work Environment: Indoor play centers, family entertainment hubs, malls, or resort kids' clubs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Front Desk: Greet parents and children, manage check-in/check-out, and handle entry fees or event bookings.
- Child Safety & Supervision: Monitor the play floor to prevent accidents, enforce facility rules, and resolve minor conflicts between children.
- Facility Maintenance: Inspect play equipment regularly and perform light cleaning or sanitizing to maintain hygiene standards.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute birthday parties, school outings, or special activities.
- Parent Communication: Answer inquiries about packages, memberships, and safety policies, and report any incidents directly to parents or management.
