Job Description
The Sales and Marketing professional is responsible for generating business and increasing revenue for the hotel by developing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Generate room, banquet, restaurant, conference and event business.
Handle group bookings conferences, meetings, weddings and social evens.
Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events and other services.
Collect guest feedback and communicate important feedback to management.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
