Job Description
GF Herbals, a Herbal Healthcare & Personal Care manufacturing company in Hyderabad, is hiring an Online Sales & Lead Conversion Executive.
The candidate will handle incoming business enquiries from IndiaMART, Meta/Facebook Ads, Google and WhatsApp and convert them into confirmed orders through calls and regular follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming online sales enquiries
- Call and understand customer requirements
- Share product details, quotations and pricing
- Regular WhatsApp & phone follow-ups
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Handle price/MOQ objections professionally
- Follow up for payments and order confirmation
- Maintain lead status and daily follow-up records
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders
- Coordinate with internal team after order confirmation
Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills, strong follow-up ability, basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge and a sales-oriented attitude. Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, B2B sales or lead conversion is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
Location: Hyderabad
Important: This is not a field-sales job. The primary responsibility is converting incoming online enquiries into business.
