1. Sales Executive / Sales Manager (Field Sales – Real Estate)
Company: Amodha Infra Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad, with daily travel to project sites
Salary: ₹35,000/month fixed + incentive on every sale

About us
Amodha Infra is a Hyderabad real estate developer with 14 years of history and 8 completed projects. We develop premium open-plot communities: we acquire land, get approvals, build the full infrastructure, and sell residential and commercial plots to families, professionals and NRI investors.
The role
This is a field job. You’ll spend most of your day at project sites and meeting customers, not at a desk. You take leads from our pre-sales team and own them all the way to a closed sale.
What you’ll do
Conduct site visits and walk customers through the project, plots, approvals and amenities
Meet customers and their families at their homes or offices to address questions and objections
Run Zoom and Google Meet presentations for NRI and out-of-town buyers
Understand each customer’s real need (investment, retirement, future home) and pitch accordingly
Follow up consistently until the customer decides; no lead is left without a clear yes or no
Coordinate booking, documentation and payment collection with the office team
Update every interaction in the CRM the same day
Attend daily sales stand-ups and meet monthly targets
What we’re looking for
1–4 years in real estate sales (plots, villas or apartments). Strong field sales experience in insurance, banking or automobiles also considered
Fluent Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence
Comfortable with outdoor work, weekend site visits and a target-driven environment
Confident, presentable, and able to handle rejection without losing energy
Graduate in any discipline
