Job Description
Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (Home Loans)## Role Summary
The Inside Sales Executive will make outbound calls to generate prospects for home loans, schedule customer appointments for the field sales team, and track loan files until final document submission.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation: Call the provided database using a dialer to pitch home loan products and generate references.
* Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments for prospects and coordinate visits with field sales officers.
* File Tracking: Monitor file status from document collection through credit team submission and serial number generation.
* Sales Support: Build relationships with the field sales team to ensure prompt customer follow-ups and high conversions.
* Daily Deliverables: Maintain a 9-hour daily login with 3.5+ hours of active talk time.
* CRM Management: Document all customer interactions and loan progress accurately in the CRM/LMS system.
## Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Graduate in any stream.
* Experience: Freshers can apply (Prior telesales/tele-calling experience is an advantage).
* Languages: Good communication skills in telugu
