Tatva Decors is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, explaining products, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the billing and dispatch teams.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.
- Ability to work well with customers and as part of a team.
