Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and possess a proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and site visits.

Handle customer inquiries and explain project features and pricing.

Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Follow up with leads until closure.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversions.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Must possess a customer-oriented approach.
