Job Description
*Job Title: Sales Executive - Reactive Inside Sales*
*Location: Chanda Nagar / Hyderabad [Work From Office]*
*Salary: ₹18k - ₹28k + Incentives*
*About Role:*
We are looking for a Reactive Inside Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries and convert them into sales. No cold calling - you will handle warm leads only.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Lead Handling:* Attend all incoming calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs within 2 mins
2. *Conversion:* Convert enquiries into bookings / visits / sales
3. *Follow-up:* Follow up with pending leads via call / WhatsApp daily
4. *CRM Update:* Update lead status in Sheet / CRM daily - No lead should be missed
5. *Customer Support:* Explain offers, pricing, packages clearly
6. *Coordination:* Coordinate with floor / ops team for bookings
7. *Reporting:* Send Daily Sales Report to Manager
*Required Skills:*
- 0-2 years in Inside Sales / Telecalling / Front Desk Sales
- Good Telugu, Hindi, English communication
- Fast in WhatsApp replying, comfortable with phone
- Basic Excel / Google Sheet
- For Gaming Business: Interest in games is a plus
*KPIs / Target:*
- Lead Response Time < 2 mins
- Conversion Rate > 30%
- Daily 50-60 enquiries handling
