Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and showroom goals.
  • Follow up with walk-in customers, enquiries, and leads.
  • Maintain customer relationship and provide excellent service.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments.
  • Prepare quotations, booking forms, and sales documentation.
  • Update customer data and sales reports regularly.
  • Handle exchange evaluations and delivery process smoothly.
  • Stay updated about new vehicle models, competitors, and market trends.
  • Ensure proper showroom display and customer hospitality.
  • Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
