Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Baan Phadthai. The ideal candidate should have strong floor presence, excellent guest-handling skills, team leadership abilities, and a good understanding of restaurant business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Experience & Service

• Manage the complete guest journey, from arrival to farewell.
• Maintain high service standards and handle guest complaints effectively.
• Ensure quick service recovery and build strong guest relationships.
• Monitor guest feedback and address recurring concerns.

2. Floor & Restaurant Operations

• Maintain strong floor presence, especially during peak hours.
• Lead the team during busy services and make quick decisions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between FOH, BOH, and bar teams.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service execution.

3. Service Standards & SOPs

• Implement restaurant SOPs and maintain consistent service standards.
• Conduct operational checks and address service gaps.
• Coach the team to improve service quality and consistency.

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily service expectations.
• Provide regular feedback and manage team performance.
• Maintain team discipline and morale.

5. Business & Commercial Management

• Monitor sales, Average Per Cover (APC), and key restaurant KPIs.
• Drive revenue through upselling and improved guest engagement.
• Control operating costs, reduce wastage, and improve profitability.
• Work towards achieving restaurant sales and operational targets.

6. Communication & Coordination

• Ensure effective coordination between service, kitchen, bar, and management teams.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ideal CandidateExperience in premium casual dining, fine dining, luxury hospitality, or premium restaurants.
• Strong guest handling, complaint management, and service recovery skills.
• Excellent floor management and team leadership abilities.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, SOPs, and service standards.
• Knowledge of sales, APC, cost control, and restaurant KPIs.
• Calm, confident, and decisive during peak service hours.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
