Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing home loan sales, sourcing leads, and developing sales strategies
- Collaborate with Channels, DSA Builders, and connectors to bring business
- Advising customers on home loans, explaining products, and building relationships. Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.
- Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
- Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals
- Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise.
- Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD.
- Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.
- End to end followup until payouts and disbursements
Skills and Requirements:
- Experienced in HL/LAP background and channel management.
- Should have a market connection in the area.
- Graduate in any field
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Negotiation skills and sales mindset.
