AE Square Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted immigration consultancy helping clients achieve their goals of studying, working, and settling abroad. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our growing team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Job Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls.
  • Manage appointments and meeting schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records and the reception area.
  • Handle emails, courier services, and office documents.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and assist the HR team.
  • Maintain office supplies and provide general administrative support.
  • Guide clients to the appropriate department or consultant.
  • Required Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
