Real Estate Sales Manager

Speed Housing LLP is hiring 2 Sales Managers for our residential project at ORR-5, Dundigal. You will handle on-site customer engagement and convert walk-in and referred prospects into confirmed bookings. Earn a fixed salary plus a 2.5% incentive on every sale you close, along with a travel allowance.

Responsibilities:

• Be present at the project site every working day to handle walk-ins and scheduled site visits
• Conduct site tours and present inventory, pricing and floor plans
• Match customer requirements (budget, sq. ft., block/floor) to available units and negotiate within approved limits
• Prepare accurate cost sheets and payment schedules
• Coordinate with CRM and loan teams for home loan customers
• Maintain daily MIS on walk-ins, negotiations and closures, and escalate pricing exceptions to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' proven track record in residential real estate sales, with closures to show
• Strong negotiation and closing skills; comfortable handling on-site walk-in footfall
• Working knowledge of RERA norms, home loan processes and real estate documentation
• Basic MS Excel/Word for cost sheets and reporting
• Good communication in Telugu, Hindi and English
• Available on weekends/holidays for peak walk-in traffic
