Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance of the sales team.
2. Team Management
- Lead and guide sales executives to achieve targets.
- Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity and conversions.
3. Lead Generation
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, channel partners, and referrals.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities.
4. Client Interaction
- Meet potential customers and present residential projects.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
5. Market Analysis
- Study competitor projects and market trends.
- Suggest pricing strategies and sales plans.
6. Coordination
- Work closely with CRM, finance, and legal teams for documentation and registration.
- Ensure smooth customer experience until property handover.
