Job Description

Real Estate Sales Executive


Location: Hyderabad | Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 1–3 Years | Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM


Job Description :


  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle property leads and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits.
  • Build customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain lead and follow-up records and provide regular updates to the manager.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Telugu & English communication preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
