Job Description & Responsibilities

• Order Picking: Navigate dark store aisles to collect items like groceries, fresh fruits, and vegetables based on digital device/scanner prompts. [1, 2, 3]
• Quality & Accuracy Check: Verify product expiration dates, item quantities, and overall quality before sealing packages. [1]
• Packing & Staging: Assemble customer bags neatly and hand them over to delivery executives for 10-minute quick-commerce dispatches. [1]
• Inventory & Stock Management: Assist with stock-taking, loading/unloading crates, and maintaining store hygiene. [1, 2]

Salary & Compensation (Hyderabad)

• Monthly Salary Range: (averaging around ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 depending on the shift and store). [1, 2, 3]

Shift Timings & Work Structure

• Working Hours: 9-hour rotational shifts (such as afternoon/evening shifts like 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or night shifts like 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM). [1, 2]

• Environment: On-site work inside hyper-local micro-warehouses (dark stores). [1]

Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass or basic literacy (some locations accept candidates below 10th standard).
• Age Limit: Generally between 18 and 30 years old.
• Key Skills: Basic order processing, scanning, and physical stamina for standing or lifting inventory crates.
