Physiotherapist

Role OverviewWe are looking for compassionate and skilled Physiotherapists who can provide professional physiotherapy services at customers' homes, based on their individual health conditions and care plans.

The role may be on-roll for regular assignments or on-call for home visits as and when required by customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial physiotherapy assessment of elderly patients at home.
• Assess mobility, balance, posture, strength, flexibility and functional limitations.
• Develop personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide home-based therapy for:
• Mobility and strength improvement
• Post-surgery rehabilitation
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Parkinson's-related mobility issues
• Arthritis and joint pain
• Back and neck conditions
• Fall prevention and balance training
• Age-related weakness and reduced mobility
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, mobility training and appropriate rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and family members/caregivers about exercises, positioning, mobility and safety.
• Recommend appropriate home exercises and ensure adherence.
• Monitor progress and modify the care plan based on patient response.
• Identify changes or red flags requiring medical attention and escalate them to the BeFine clinical team.
• Coordinate with doctors, care managers and other healthcare professionals when required.
• Maintain accurate visit notes, assessment reports and progress records.
• Provide timely updates to the assigned Care Manager and family members, as per BeFine protocols.
• Follow all professional, ethical, safety and infection-control standards.
• Candidate RequirementsBPT / Bachelor of Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• MPT or relevant specialisation will be an advantage.
• Valid registration with the applicable professional/state authority, where required.
• Experience in geriatric, home healthcare, rehabilitation or hospital physiotherapy preferred.
• Strong understanding of elderly mobility, fall prevention and rehabilitation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate and comfortable working with senior citizens.
• Willingness to travel to customers' homes for scheduled visits.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the BeFine care team.

For On-Call PhysiotherapistsPhysiotherapists will be empanelled with BeFine and assigned home visits based on customer requirements, location and availability.

• Visits will be scheduled as and when required.
