Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant
We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy Office Boy / Office Assistant to support our daily office activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office work and day-to-day office support activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve water, tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and staff.
- Attend to guests and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Travel for office-related work and bring required documents, materials, or other office requirements.
- Assist with purchasing and delivering office supplies whenever required.
- Support staff with other general office tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have a bike and a valid driving licence.
- Should be willing to travel for office-related work.
- Must be punctual, responsible, honest, and hardworking.
- Good communication and a polite attitude are preferred.
- Previous office assistant/office boy experience will be an advantage.
