Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle client interactions through calls
- Drive renewals and subscription extensions, ensuring minimal churn.
- Proactively follow up with clients whose subscriptions are due for renewal.
- Build strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve client concerns quickly.
- Provide clients with updates about new features and services.
- Share client insights and feedback with the management team.
