Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Helpers to support the production team in the manufacturing and assembly of electrical transformers. The candidate will assist skilled technicians and operators in various production activities while following safety and quality procedures.

 Key Responsibilities

* Assist technicians and operators in transformer manufacturing and assembly activities.

* Handle and move raw materials, components, tools, and finished products.

* Assist with coil winding, core assembly, insulation, tank assembly, and transformer fitting as instructed.

* Support cutting, drilling, cleaning, loading, unloading, and other production activities.

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

* Follow instructions from supervisors and production engineers.

* Use basic hand tools safely and correctly after proper training.

* Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.

* Assist in inspection and packing of transformer components and finished products.

* Report any material damage, equipment issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

* Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

 Requirements

* Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or fail preferred.

* Freshers can apply.

* Previous experience in electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

* Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

* Basic understanding of tools and safety practices is preferred.

* Good discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

 Salary & Benefits

* Salary: ₹14000/- to 19000/- per month

* Overtime as per company policy
