Job Description

  • Project execution and monitoring: Help oversee the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards. 
  • Site supervision and inspection: Conduct site visits to gather data, inspect construction work, and ensure that all activities comply with project plans, safety regulations, and building codes. 
  • Technical support: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and other team members, to resolve technical issues and ensure project goals are met. 
  • Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain project databases, log bills, and ensure that all required documentation, such as progress reports and technical drawings, is accurate and up-to-date.
