Jewellery Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hands-on Store Manager / All-Rounder to take care of the day-to-day operations of our STORE.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn, take ownership, and handle different responsibilities rather than being limited to one specific task. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently and helping wherever needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations

• Manage daily opening and closing of the store
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented
• Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the store
• Take responsibility for the store when the owner/management is not present

Stock & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Regularly tally physical stock against system/records
• Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and discrepancies
• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and products against invoices
• Properly organize, label, and store inventory
• Monitor stock movement and ensure products are properly accounted for
• Assist with stock counting and periodic inventory checks
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving products
• Inform management when stock needs to be reordered
• Help reduce stock loss, wastage, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of stock received, sold, returned, and transferred

Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Handle sales, billing, payments, and basic cash management
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic complaints professionally
• Assist with product displays and merchandising
• Work towards achieving store sales targets

General All-Rounder Responsibilities

• Assist with packing, deliveries, cleaning, and other general duties when required
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel
• Maintain basic daily sales and store reports
• Use computer/smartphone systems for billing, inventory, and communication
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as the business grows
