Jewellery Sales Associate

Experience: Previous sales experience in a jewellery store is mandatory.

We are looking for a responsible, customer-friendly salesperson to handle jewellery sales and daily showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Attend to customers, understand their requirements, explain jewellery designs and pricing, and work towards sales targets.
• Customer follow-ups: Follow up on enquiries, pending purchases and orders, and maintain customer relationships.
• Opening duties: Take stock out of the locker, count and check items, and arrange jewellery in displays according to showroom procedures.
• Display upkeep: Clean display trays, glass and counters; keep jewellery, tags, boxes and packing materials organised.
• Stock handling and closing: Handle jewellery carefully, maintain stock records, report discrepancies immediately, and pack, count, recheck and return stock to the locker at closing.
• Team support: Complete assigned work promptly and carry out other reasonable duties related to showroom sales, upkeep and daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous jewellery store sales experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, well-groomed and careful with jewellery.
• Willingness to take responsibility for all the duties listed above.
• Hindi and Telugu speaking skills preferred.
