Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or support systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
